Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard , American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. All transactions will be in Sterling.


Shipping

We aim to dispatch an item within 3­-5 working days after the confirmation of your purchase if choosing standard delivery. If choosing Next Day Delivery the item will be dispatched on the same day, if ordered before 2pm, or the next working day, if the order is placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries:
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.


Returns & exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. We ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. A refund or exchange will be completed on safe return of the item. Any item that is returned broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged.
Please get in touch before returning items.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper.  Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged from Blohm Ceramics a replacement will be provided. Notification must be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.


Privacy

We will not publish your email, postal address or telephone number. We may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have. We will not pass on your e-mail address to any other company.


Product Description

We have made every effort to ensure product photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur as most pieces are unique due to the process of making.


Bespoke Order

To order a bespoke set or collection of individual handmade pieces please contact Blohm Ceramics where we would be happy to discuss your requirements in detail or send an email listing your order. Delivery cost will be quoted on completion of order.
Please note that as each order is bespoke delivery may be up to 24 weeks.
Once confirmed we are not able to cancel orders or accept returns on any bespoke items unless found to be faulty.
